Recommended dosage
1 capsule per day. The capsule is swallowed whole and washed down with water or its contents are squeezed into food. It can be used as needed and for a long time.

Dietary supplement. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose.
