TESCOMA Ceramic grinding stone AZZA
TESCOMA Ceramic grinding stone AZZA
Perfectly sharp knives are a must for comfortable cooking. The TESCOMA AZZA Ceramic Grinding Stone will help you keep them in great shape. The two grinding surfaces can easily cope with coarse and fine grinding of metal knives with smooth blades. The ideal procedure is to first sharpen with a coarser stone, then sharpen and clean with a finer stone. The combination of two grits (600 and 2000) allows you to brush and polish, or remove cracks or other defects that appear on the knife. The TESCOMA AZZA Ceramic Grinding Stone is equipped with a plastic stand with non-slip coating and an angled guide for the correct blade angle when grinding for greater stability and safety.
