A mattress protector for a child's bed, measuring 70×140cm. Thanks to the elastic bands sewn into the corners, you can easily attach it even to deep mattresses. The bands are very flexible and strong, so the protector won't shift during sleep. Protecting your mattress is more important than you might think. Everyone, whether a child or an adult, naturally sweats. During the night, we can sweat up to a litre of fluid, which soaks into the sheet and the core of the mattress. A mattress protector improves the overall hygiene of your bed. It also protects against mechanical damage, dirt, dust mites, sweat and urine. It's a fantastic helper for cots or a child's first bed. It also has its place for adults as general mattress protection, for seniors, or for the long-term sick who are confined to bed. The waterproof protector creates a protective, liquid-impermeable layer. You don't need to worry about the feeling of sleeping on plastic; the top layer of the protector is made from microfibre, which is gentle on the skin and pleasant to the touch.

Impermeable section

Waterproof mattress protectors are made using a special technology that guarantees liquid absorption while maintaining maximum comfort. The impermeable part consists of a polypropylene layer, which is on the underside of the protector, closest to the mattress. Comfort during sleep is ensured by the top layer of soft microfibre. Hollowfibre is inserted between these layers. Hollowfibre has excellent insulating properties, is lightweight and doesn't flatten. It prevents the occurrence of dust mites, mould and bacteria. It's suitable for allergy and asthma sufferers. You can easily attach the waterproof mattress protectors to children's beds and standard large mattresses. Each protector is fitted with four flexible yet strong elastic bands in the corners. You can easily stretch these and hook them under the mattress. The strong bands ensure the protector doesn't slip during sleep but stays securely in place.

Extend the life of your mattress

Maintaining mattress protectors is really easy. Before first use, wash and thoroughly dry the protector. To maintain its desired properties, especially its impermeability, we recommend washing at a maximum temperature of 60°C. Wash the protector whenever you change your bed linen, ideally once every 14 days. After washing, let the protector air dry; we do not recommend using a tumble dryer. Under no circumstances should you boil, bleach, or use any other chemical products on it. The top microfibre layer does not need to be ironed. After washing and drying, it is perfectly hygienic and ready to use again.
