The Irish whiskey brand Irishman pulled an ace from the sleeve in the form of this 12-year-old single malt whiskey, which it matured exclusively in bourbon barrels for the first filling. The Irishman chose only the best barrels, which gave rise to 6,000 bottles. That's not much, the more rare each bottle is. Aroma and taste

The aroma is the influence of bourbon barrels with a slight sweet spice of vanilla, cinnamon and even a pinch of cloves. Everything is balanced by apples, pears and charred wood combined with freshly chopped hay. The first sip will bring you a burst of flavors, sweet vanilla with black pepper, which is followed by fruit flavors that change into a tone of grass and grain. Whiskey has a full body, but shortly after tasting it will make room for the juicy taste of barley and oak, the complexity is complemented by a creamy fondant and tones of dark chocolate.
