Use symbols, create clues and keep others guessing in a game without words Concept
Social game Concept will bring great fun to players from 10 years old. Your goal is to guess the words indicated by the symbols in the clue. A team of two players chooses one word or phrase that the other players must guess. Together they then place the game pieces on the selected pictures on the game board. The first player to correctly guess the word or phrase based on these clues will score 2 points. The winner is the player who scores the most points. Practice your vocabulary with this original game.

For whom the game is intended
The concept is an ideal choice for groups of 4 to 12 players aged 10 and up. You should set aside about 40 minutes per game, but believe me, the time will fly by in this fun game. The game is suitable for families with children as well as for a group of friends or colleagues at a teambuilding event. Thanks to its simplicity and variability, it will appeal to beginners and experienced board game players alike.

What the game is about
In Koncept you will become a master of non-verbal communication. Your task will be to use the iconic symbols on the game board to describe different concepts, personalities or phrases so that other players can guess them. The game is played in teams of two players who work together to select and illustrate the concept for the others. Use the main concept (large question mark) and the sub-concepts (exclamation marks) together with the coloured dice to create a visual clue on a game board full of pictograms and pictures. For example, for the word "milk" you can use the symbol for liquid, food/drink and white. For more complex terms, such as "Leonardo DiCaprio", you will need to be more creative and use more symbols and associations. The first player to guess the correct term scores points, as does the team that performed the term. The winner is the player with the highest number of points at the end of the game.

History and creators of the game
The concept saw the light of day in 2013 thanks to the creative spirit of French authors Alain Rivollet and Gaëtan Beaujannot. The original publisher was the Belgian studio Repos Production. The game quickly gained popularity and was nominated for the prestigious Spiel des Jahres (Game of the Year in Germany) award in 2014. In the same year it also won the As d'Or - Jeu de l'Année (Golden Ace - Play of the Year in France). The game's visuals are by talented French illustrators Éric Azagury and Cédric Chevalier.
