Professional WiFi system
TP-Link Omada is a family of professional WiFi products that provide tools and central management for deployments in installations ranging from small to large-scale networks, even across multiple locations. Its features make it perfect for a corporate WiFi network, as well as for networking schools, hospitals, other social services, or even demanding installations like large music festivals.
Centralised solution
TP-Link Omada offers several options for network setup and management:
Hardware controller – the TP-Link OC200 is the simplest and most maintenance-free option. It's a compact, dedicated device that lets you control one or even multiple networks and is also accessible via a cloud service. The only limitation is a maximum of up to 100 connected APs.
Software controller – another option is to use a computer or server with Windows or Linux. You can download the software controller to your computer for free and set up the entire network similarly to the hardware controller.
Standalone mode – individual APs can also be configured separately via their own web interface in standalone mode, which is useful if you only need one AP. However, with this setup, you will lose most of the useful features like fast roaming, a ticket system, etc.
No extra licences or fees
The only investment you need to make in this professional WiFi system is the cost of the hardware. There's no need to buy any additional expensive licences, maintenance or software. You can download the AP management software – EAP Controllers – for free from our official website.
Cloud account
With a cloud account, you can connect to individual controllers remotely from a web or mobile app. Network administrators will especially appreciate this for an instant overview of the situation and the ability to react quickly without needing to be on-site or set up public IP addresses, VPNs, and so on.
Useful technologies
The Omada WiFi system meets the needs of most large professional networks. It features 16 separate SSID networks (8 SSIDs per frequency band) with a time schedule, a RADIUS server for network security, MU-MIMO technology for communicating with multiple devices at once, a ticket system for distributing network access, and mesh technology for when a data cable is missing. Other features include Airtime Fairness, Beamforming, and Band Steering.

Dobrý den, potřebuji pokrýt prostor WIFI signálem (2 x outdoor AP a 2 x indoor AP). Mám připravené rozvody UTP ke každému AP a potřebuji, abych měl pouze jednu WIFI síť s "roamingem". Je vhodná řada Omada (řeší tohle Mesh) ? Je potřeba mít v síti controller TP-Link OC200 ? Musí na sebe AP vzájemně "vidět" (abych měl pouze jednu WIFI síť) nebo stačí vzájemné spojení přes UTP kabel?

TP-LINK EAP225-outdoor jsem zde zakoupil, bohužel nemohu ho připojit k routeru ASUS. Lze? Nerad bych ho vracel, domnívám se, že je možnost - pokud ano jak. Když zadám adresu uvedenu v návodu nedostanu se tam.

Chci se zeptat.Kdyz bych pouzil tenhle venkovni Wifi rouret a mel ho umistenej za oknem(mame plastove okna),nebo lepe uvnitr pred oknem.Dosahl by signal z prvniho patra cca 4 metry dolu a dale prez vrata baraku do vnitr průjezdu?
