Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem u Vás tuto zásuvku před třemi lety a nyní přestala fungovat. Měla jsem ji celou dobu zapojenou na jednom místě.Tlačítko svítí červeně a dle návodu reset nefunguje. Tlačítko se má po podržení rozblikat, což se neděje. Poradíte mi, kde by mi mohl někdo pomoct, prosím? Měla jsem jen standardní 2letou záruku.
