Vegan vitamin D3 derived from lichen
The Vegetology Vit D3 Vitashine Spray vegan food supplement is a unique supplement for your immunity and musculoskeletal system. Most vitamin D3 is of animal origin (from animal skin, from lanolin from sheep's wool). Vegetology Vit D3 Vitashine contains vegan vitamin D3 derived from lichen, a unique organic plant source that is full of nutrients and grown without the use of harmful pesticides, solvents or harm to animals. It is very easy to apply, which you will especially appreciate with children and people who have difficulty swallowing. Each pack contains 150 doses, which for the youngest children is a daily dose of 10 micrograms (400 IU) of vitamin D3 for 75 days, and for adults a daily dose of 25 micrograms (1000 IU) of vitamin D3 for 30 days.

Active Ingredients
- Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is a fat-soluble vitamin that contributes to the proper absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus. It contributes to normal blood calcium levels, the maintenance of healthy bones, teeth and normal muscle function. Among other things, it is known to contribute to the proper functioning of the immune system and plays a role in the process of cell division.

Recommended Dosage
Dosage approved by the Czech Paediatric Society:
Children under one year:
2 sprays (400 IU), for older at-risk children and children with a proven vitamin D deficiency up to 5 sprays daily (1000 IU) after consulting a doctor.
Adults:
3–5 sprays daily. Spray directly into the mouth or onto food.
