Turkesterone is the main active ingredient in the extract of the Ajuga plant, which comes from the Pamir Mountains in Central Asia, specifically from the Surchandari region in Uzbekistan. It grows in rocky places, difficult for other plants, up to 2500 metres above sea level. These extreme conditions have given Ajuza a unique ecdysteroid content that makes it high potential for traditional strength sports and disciplines.

The most effective form of ecdysteroids

Turkesterone is considered the most effective form of the ecdysteroid group in terms of its effect on muscle mass growth. Its properties are related to protein synthesis and glycogen recovery in muscles (ATP production). Thanks to this, it helps to build muscle mass, reduce muscle damage during training, but also burn unwanted fat.
