According to current literature, up to 60% of Europeans are vitamin D deficient. Vitamin D is partly taken in from food and partly formed in the skin as a result of sun exposure. For this reason, it is a good idea to replenish it, especially in the winter months when it is harder to obtain it in this natural way. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Sea buckthorn has been one of the most widely used plants for health promotion for centuries. Some of the main benefits for which sea buckthorn is used are its considerable antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. Vitamin D3 is fat soluble, which is why we chose to combine it with sea buckthorn oil. Vitamin D3 is also derived from algae and is therefore also suitable for vegans.

Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule daily after breakfast or lunch. Wash down with plenty of water.
