The ultra-fast SmartSolar MPPT solar controller 75V / 15A can be used to harvest energy from solar panels with a voltage of up to 75V. The Bluetooth connection allows you to easily monitor the voltage status of the batteries, solar panels and other parameters directly on your smartphone or tablet. In case of partly cloudy conditions, when the intensity of solar radiation is constantly changing, the SmartSolar controller reacts very quickly and is able to increase energy gains by up to 30% compared to PWM controllers and up to 10% compared to conventional MPPT controllers. The SmartSolar controller also includes extensive electronic protection against short circuits, overheating or reverse polarity, including protection against reducing the charger's power at high temperatures. The controller output is short-circuit proof and can also supply capacitive loads, such as inverters.

If the SmartSolar controller is not able to fully charge the batteries within one day, the result is often a gradual discharge of the battery, with this condition worsening with each cycle. The intelligent Battery Life charging algorithm monitors this condition, and if it starts to occur, it increases the battery load disconnect level each day until absorption charging is reached. From that point on, the load disconnect value will be further adjusted so that absorption charging takes place approximately every week.
