Probiotics (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium animalis, Lactobacillus gasseri, Lactobacillus casei) extract of cranberry fruit (Vaccinium macrocarponl), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), HPMC (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose) capsules, anti-caking agent: silica.
Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule daily. Ideal in the morning on an empty stomach - most probiotics are recommended to be taken in the morning, approximately 20-30 minutes before meals, when stomach acid is less active, which increases the survival of probiotic bacteria.
