VILLEROY & BOCH Single 595 White Pearl White Ceramic Pearl

VILLEROY & BOCH Single 595 White Pearl White Ceramic Pearl
The exclusive Villeroy & Boch Single 595 White Pearl ceramic single bowl sink adds a timeless design to your kitchen. Thanks to the original brushed White Pearl Décor on the front, it will become the focal point of the room. The sink will enhance and elevate the look of your kitchen, adding a touch of luxury. The Villeroy & Boch Single 595 White Pearl sink with its visible front will stand out in any kitchen and can even be placed in a kitchen island. The Villeroy & Boch ceramic sink harmoniously combines the traditional style of a rustic Provençal kitchen with modern style. The advantage of a ceramic sink is its easy maintenance and colourfastness. Neither long-term exposure to sunlight nor even aggressive materials will change the colour or surface of the sink. The surface of the Villeroy & Boch Single 595 White Pearl is treated with the CeramicPlus system. This is a sealed, non-porous ceramic surface that prevents dirt, cooking waste, and unsightly limescale from sticking to your kitchen sink. The ceramic sink is fired in kilns and the glaze is applied by hand, making each piece an original.

Installing the VILLEROY & BOCH Single 595 White Pearl ceramic sink
The Single 595 sink bowl is deep enough (18cm) for comfortable dishwashing. The separate modular sink is designed for a cabinet from 60cm wide. Villeroy & Boch Single 595 White Pearl is classified as a modular sink – this means it is not firmly attached to the worktop. It is mounted directly onto the base cabinet, and the worktop either abuts it from both sides or covers the edges of the sink from above. Modular sinks are primarily recommended for installation with worktops made of non-absorbent material. If a solid wood worktop is to be used, care must be taken to properly seal the edges of the cut-outs in the worktop.

Please note:
This is a ceramic sink produced by traditional methods – casting in moulds followed by high-temperature firing in a kiln at around 1200°C. During this process, minor changes may occur in the material's structure, particularly in non-visible areas such as the underside of the sink, which is not exposed to view or in contact with water or dishes during normal use. Fine hairline cracks, which may appear on this underside technical part of the sink, are caused by the material shrinking during firing. This phenomenon is common in ceramic products of this type and does not compromise the sink's strength, water-tightness, or overall functionality. Furthermore, these micro-cracks occur on the unglazed part, which serves only for structural purposes (e.g., attachment to the worktop) and has no impact on appearance or user comfort. A dimensional tolerance of +/- 1–1.5cm must be expected. It is recommended to have the sink physically on hand before finalising the kitchen unit construction.
