This product contains potassium citrate and magnesium citrate, biologically active forms of potassium and magnesium. The effect of both these substances is very well known to all athletes and anyone who undergoes great physical or mental stress. The supplement is designed to support areas such as muscle mass and fluid balance. One capsule contains 99 mg of potassium and 50 mg of magnesium.
Potassium and magnesium citrate - an easily absorbed form to support cellular energy
Potassium citrate is an organic form of potassium where the potassium is linked by a chelate bond to citric acid. Magnesium citrate is an organic (chelated) form of magnesium where magnesium is chelated with citric acid. This form is highly water soluble, well absorbed and ideal for a boost - citric acid is a key component of the Citrate Cycle, during which ingested food is converted into energy in the form of ATP. It is the main energy source of the cell.
Magnesium and its uses
- Magnesium is one of the most abundant minerals in the body, playing a key role in over 300 different enzymatic reactions. Because of its great importance, it is also sometimes called the spark of life. Its properties are related to virtually everything in the body, from energy metabolism, nutrient metabolism, to the nervous system, to the psyche.
- Magnesium is taken in the diet, but the current diet contains high levels of ultra-processed foods that do not contain sufficient levels of vitamins and minerals. In addition, intensive farming methods have reduced magnesium levels in the soil by up to 40%, so our food has a lower content of this mineral.

Recommended dosage
Take 1-3 capsules daily with meals, or as recommended by your doctor.
