Lacto Seven contains seven different natural lactic acid bacterial strains (Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium), inulin and vitamin D3. Inulin is a fibre that serves as a nutrient for lactic acid bacteria. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

The estimated weight of the intestinal microbial flora is 1-1.5 kg. The flora consists mostly of bacteria, whose number is 10 times higher than the number of cells of the body. The microbial microflora begins to develop from birth and development continues until the age of two. In the early years, the bacterial composition of the flora remains relatively stable and individual, with the greatest changes occurring in case of dietary changes or during antibiotic treatment. There is a microbial balance in a healthy flora. Lactic acid bacteria, the most well-known bacteria, maintain the bacterial balance of the flora.

Active ingredients
- Selection of bacterial strains that are resistant to stomach acid. During production, the bacteria were protected by a special Bio-support technology made from a proprietary blend of proteins and polysaccharide complexes. This technology ensures the survival of the bacteria during production processes, storage of the final product and during passage through the stomach acid. The protection ensures good viability of the bacteria once they enter the gut. In the gut, bacteria attach to the intestinal mucosal membrane, colonize and produce a wide range of beneficial functions in the gut and body.

Recommended dosage
Adults:

Children older than 3 years:
