Collagen - the building block of the body
Collagen is the main component of connective tissues - it forms skin, cartilage, tendons, bones and ligaments. Its production decreases with age, which can affect the elasticity of the skin, hair, nails and musculoskeletal system. Collagen Caps contains collagen types I, II, V and X - each with a specific role in the body:
- Type I - most abundant in skin, bones and ligaments
