Vitamin E 100 mg 30 softgels
Without consulting a doctor, vitamin E can be taken to prevent deficiency and for its powerful antioxidant effect, during excessive physical exertion and to support immune processes.
Dosage and method of use
Unless otherwise recommended by a physician, adults and children over 12 years of age usually take 200-400 mg daily after meals. This daily dose is equivalent to 2 - 4 capsules of Vitamin E 100-Zentiva. The capsules are taken with 200 ml of liquid without chewing.
Contraindications
Do not take Vitamin E-Zentiva if you are allergic to vitamin E (tocopherol-alpha-acetate) or to any of the other ingredients in this product; in children under 3 years of age. Read the package insert carefully.

Storage
Store at temperatures up to 25 °C. Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the packaging (box, label) after the abbreviation "EXP".
