Dobrý den, dnes jsem zakoupila u vás mixer vitamix s 30, myslela jsem, když máte na stránkách k tomuto výrobku uvedeno - záruka 7 let, že takže také tuto záruku automaticky poskytujete, ale bohužel, ...ale dostala jsem pouze informaci, že se záruka musí oficiálně zaregistrovat u výrobce, je zdarma nebo je nutné si připlatit ??? takové i další informace chybí, např. internetová adresa výrobce, postup atd., skoro to vypadá, že se uvedením záruky u výrobku snažíte nalákat zákazníky, ale to nepovažuji za férové z vaší strany !!
