Vitamin C complex

Active ingredients
- Vitamin C - is an essential antioxidant, which protects cells from oxidative stress and contributes to the normal function of the immune system. As an essential vitamin, it contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, alleviates feelings of fatigue and exhaustion and, last but not least, helps the proper function of energy metabolism. It then acts synergistically with iron, which helps to increase its absorption. Vitamin C is also involved in the formation of collagen, helps to strengthen it and thus contributes to the proper function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, teeth, gums and skin.
- Acerola- is a small tropical fruit of Central and South America similar to cherries. It is known as one of the richest natural forms of vitamin C, which is much more bioavailable than its synthetic form. Acerola is also rich in B vitamins, vitamins A and E, minerals such as iron, phosphorus and potassium, and plant flavonoids.
- Cress - is a shrub with bright orange berries that are known for their exceptional nutritional value. Sea buckthorn is very rich in vitamin C, containing up to 10 times more than oranges. It is also an important source of vitamins A, E and K, omega fatty acids and other antioxidants.
- Medical ginger - The root of medical ginger has been used for centuries in traditional herbal medicine for its significant health benefits. Ginger is not only a natural source of vitamin C, but also contains a number of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory substances and bioactive compounds such as gingerols and shogaols. These substances help to support the immune system, normal digestion and suppress inflammation. Ingredients
Acerola extract (25% vitamin C), sea buckthorn extract (20% vitamin C), gelatin capsule, ginger extract (5% gingerols), liposomal vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid, emulsifier sunflower lecithin), maltodextrin, the anti-caking agent magnesium stearate.
Recommended dosage
The recommended daily dose contains 2 capsules. Take one capsule in the morning and one in the afternoon or evening. Wash down with plenty of water.
