V tomto případě nemáte produkt moc dobře popsaný, bylo by určitě vhodné upozornit zákazníka na to, že gumičky nejsou součástí balení, nikdo určitě nechce kupovat skleničky, které nejdou zavřít. A také by bylo vhodné do souvisejících produktů umístit přímo správnou velikost těsnících gumiček. Vůbec nevím, které z nabídky jsou pro skleničku vhodné.
