WoldoHealth® 100% Beef Collagen is considered a complex protein made up of many sub-peptides with specific health benefits. It is therefore the most abundant and important protein in our body. We can imagine its function as a so-called. an adhesive that supports the work of cells in tissues. Of the total amount of collagen in the human body, up to 70% is represented in the dry matter of articular cartilage.
Collagen
The collagen molecule is composed of 3 intertwined chains called collagen chains. helix and to this structure the cartilage tissue owes its resistance and strength. There are approximately 28 types of collagen in the human body, with the first 3 types being the most important for the human body. Collagen I and III are beneficial for strong and healthy hair, skin, nails and bones. They also stimulate glycine, an amino acid responsible for muscle growth and fat burning. Type II has positive effects on joints and cartilage.
