Dobry den, dakujem za odstranenie chyby v aplikacii, registracia sa podarila, opat je to funkcne. Chcem sa opytat ci existuje navod/SMS text pre nastavenie urcovania polohy pre operatora Orange. Mam v hodinkach SIM orange a poloha je uplne mimo (cca 2km odchylka). Dakujem.

Dobry den, po prvotnom otvoreni aplikacie je vyzadovana registracia uzivatela. Vyplnim vsetky udaje + captcha kod ale aplikacia po kliknuti na "REGISTROVAT" nereauguje. Skusane z viacerych telefonov, aplikacia odinstalovana a po restarte novo nainstalovana no vysledok je rovnaky - nereaguje a neda sa registrovat. Hodinky tak nemozem nastavit a pouzivat. Prosim o radu.

Dobrý den, bohužel se mi nedaří přihlásit do aplikace a tím nastavit hodinky. Neustale mi to hlásí bud špatne heslo nebo mnoho pokusu a mám zkusit za x hodin (heslo mám opravdu správně. Prihlasovala jsem se poprvé. Děkuju za pomoc

Dobrý den, v hodinkách mám vloženu SIM od O2, která je bez pinu, je na tarif, má povolená mobilní data. Hodinky jsou nabité, je na nich vidět signál, jde na ně zavolat, ale pokud chci z WowMe tracker na ně uložit telefonní kontakt, píše to device offline or coverage unavailable. Podle manuálu jsem zjistil, že APN je ok. Na poslání sms s resetem hodinky nereagovaly. Zkoušel jsem 2x. Zkusil jsem vypnout zapnout ručně, pořád stejný výsledek. Odeslal jsem další textovku abych zjistil GPRS a tento řádek se v odpovědi vůbec nevyskytuje. Jinak GPS má hodnotu "NO", takže nevím ani jak by to bylo se sledováním polohy. Poradíte?
