Xados® 20 mg, 10 tablets
Xados tablets contain the medicinal substance bilastin, which belongs to antihistamines.
Xados® 20 mg, 10 tabs is used to relieve the symptoms of hay fever (sneezing, itching, runny nose, stuffy nose and red and watery eyes) and other forms of allergic rhinitis. It can also be used to treat itchy skin rashes (urticaria).

What is an allergy?
In general, an allergy is an unreasonable reaction of the immune system to harmless substancesin the environment. The immune system therefore overreacts to stimuli that are not dangerous to it (pollen, mites, animal hair, food, etc.).
Allergy symptoms?
In each person, the symptoms vary not only in their form, but also in intensity. The most common symptoms include:
- Watery rhinitis, swollen nasal mucosa or sneezing
- Itching and itching of the ears
- Redness and itching of the eyes
- Eczema, urticaria (rash)
- Dry cough, wheezing bronchitis, shortness of breath
- Headaches
What are the most common allergens?
Piles are one of the most common allergens ever. People suffer from pollen allergies from spring to autumn, when plants are in bloom. Their pollen is freely transmitted through the air. Other major allergens include house dust mites, moulds, animals and some types of food. Depending on the duration of the symptoms, allergic disorders can be divided into seasonal or year-round, with occasional symptoms (intermittent) or symptoms lasting longer (persistent).
How are allergies treated?
Allergies cannot be completely cured according to current knowledge. Mild symptoms can also be corrected by self-help thanks to relief medication - antihistamines. In any case, it is advisable to visit a doctor who, with a simple test, will reveal the exact allergens. They will recommend the appropriate form and strength of the medicine(s) and help with dosage.
Dosage and method of use
To relieve symptoms of allergic rhinoconjunctivitis (seasonal and year-round) and urticaria, take 1 tablet 1 time a day.
Important: Xados tablet should be taken one hour before or two hours after a meal or fruit juice.
Contraindications
Do not take Xados 20 mg Tablets if you are allergic to bilastin or any of the other ingredients in this medicine.

Storage
Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the box and blister.
Shelf life:
It refers to the last day of that month. This medicine does not require any special storage conditions. Do not dispose of any medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of products you no longer use. These measures help protect the environment.
