xDuoo MH-02

xDuoo MH-02
The xDuoo MH-02 headphone amplifier is a compact desktop device that combines a headphone amplifier, valve preamplifier, and a digital-to-analogue converter (DAC). This combination significantly improves the sound quality from a computer, mobile device or other audio source, making it the centre of a desktop Hi-Fi system. The xDuoo MH-02 uses a pair of 6J1 valves, which give the sound a warm and natural character. The Class-A amplifier provides enough power for a wide range of headphones, and along with the CS43131 DAC chip, it enables high-resolution music playback up to PCM 32-bit / 384kHz and DSD256.

Valve preamplifier for a characteristic sound
The design of the xDuoo MH-02 amplifier includes a pair of 6J1 valves, which function as a valve preamplifier stage. This gives the sound a typically warm, natural, and musical character, which is popular among lovers of analogue Hi-Fi sound. The valves also contribute to pleasant dynamics and detailed reproduction of individual frequency bands. In combination with the Class-A transistor amplifier, it creates a sound that is both precise and musical. This solution is suitable for both listening to music and for more demanding musical applications.
Powerful amplifier for demanding headphones
xDuoo MH-02 features a Class-A amplification circuit that provides stable performance and high sound precision. With an output power of up to 1300mW at 32 Ohm, it can easily drive most available headphones. This makes the device suitable for both standard portable headphones and more demanding studio models with higher impedance. Gain switching enables optimal matching for different types of headphones. The result is a dynamic and detailed sound with plenty of power in reserve.
Modern DAC and wide connectivity of the xDuoo MH-02 headphone amplifier
The integrated CS43131 DAC chip ensures high-quality digital-to-analogue conversion with a very low noise level. The xDuoo MH-02 supports high resolutions up to PCM 32-bit / 384kHz and the DSD256 format, which enables playback of hi-res audio files in maximum quality. For connecting signal sources, a USB-C digital input and an analogue RCA input are available. The amplifier offers three headphone outputs – 3.5mm, 6.3mm, and a balanced 4.4mm jack. This allows the device to be easily integrated into various home and work audio setups.
