Stereo Acoustic Setup and 3-Frequency Balance
The built-in dual NIB drivers in the Xiaomi Desktop Speaker's runway-like design deliver rich and balanced highs and mids, while the large dual passive units boost the woofer's performance for more pronounced bass.
Symmetrical Dual Arrangement of the Xiaomi Desktop Speaker
The symmetrical placement of the dual drivers and sealed chambers in the Xiaomi Desktop Speaker reduces inter-channel interference. This creates a wide, layered soundstage. The result is clear stereo sound with precise sound direction identification (for example, when gaming).
Ergonomic Design and RGB Light Strip of the Xiaomi Desktop Speaker
The Xiaomi Desktop Speaker is designed with a 53° upward incline, so the sound flows directly to the user. When placed under a monitor, the music is directed straight at your face. At the bottom edge of the Xiaomi Desktop Speaker is a row of 16 RGB LEDs that create a pleasant lighting atmosphere. The user can choose between several modes.
Light Effects in Rhythm with Music and Minimalist Design
In party mode, the Xiaomi Desktop Speaker can analyse the music playing and dynamically synchronise the light effects with its rhythm. The result is an audio-visual experience that matches the content currently playing. The simple integrated shape wrapped in a fine mesh fabric allows the Xiaomi Desktop Speaker to blend into any space. The stylish light bar and large control knob give it a modern look.
Integrated USB Cable and Easy Bluetooth Connection for the Xiaomi Desktop Speaker
The Xiaomi Desktop Speaker has a built-in USB cable with USB-A and USB-C connectors for connecting to digital devices. Power and data transfer occur through a single cable. Thanks to Bluetooth 5.3 technology, you can connect the Xiaomi Desktop Speaker to various devices. Plus, you can seamlessly switch between players.
Stable AUX Connection and Built-in Microphone for the Xiaomi Desktop Speaker
Thanks to the 3.5mm audio input, the Xiaomi Desktop Speaker can be connected to a whole range of other audio devices. It offers stable, high-quality sound transmission, whether you're playing music from a CD player, turntable, or another source. With the hidden microphone included in the Xiaomi Desktop Speaker, you can communicate without the need for other devices. You'll appreciate the microphone for voice calls, online learning, work meetings and gaming sessions.
System Type
An active speaker is one that has a built-in amplifier in its body, and to listen, you just need to connect it to a sound source, either wired or wirelessly.Passive speakers are more often referred to as speaker systems. They are intended more for high-quality, loud and dynamic listening in the comfort of your home and are not suitable for frequent carrying. The main advantage of passive speakers is the ability to connect a variety of sources through a separate amplifier.
Number of Channels
The number of channels in speaker systems and home cinemas indicates the number of independent audio signals (speakers) and subwoofers, most often in X.Y format (e.g., 2.0, 5.1). It indicates how many audio tracks are reproduced simultaneously, which determines the spatial experience and bass depth of the system, from basic stereo sound (2.0) to surround sound (5.1 and more).Specifications
