The printing filament is designed for 3D printers and is compatible with all common desktop 3D printers. The PLA fibre is melted by the 3D printer and then precisely deposited in layers according to a computer-assisted design. The filament delivers a perfect and smooth print that brings your 3D designs to life. The printing filament has guaranteed consistency across the reel for the most accurate and top-quality printing.
PLA fibres are made from polymerised lactic acid derived from corn, sugar cane or other sugar-containing crops. They are considered to be the most environmentally friendly 3D print media because of their biodegradability. Unwanted printed PLA objects can be simply buried in soil where they naturally decompose. In addition, this material allows printing at low-temperatures, which greatly reduces the possibility of the deformation of the printed item
