The integrated technology enables secure encryption of data transfers between remote users and the corporate headquarters. The device operates in a temperature range of 0°C to 40°C and meets LVD (EN62368-1) safety standards and FCC Part 15 (Class B) and CE EMC (Class B) electromagnetic compatibility.

Secure VPN connection with the Zyxel USGFLEX50HP firewall
The device supports IPsec and IKEv2 protocols to create secure, encrypted channels between branches. The VPN throughput reaches speeds of 63Mbps, which is sufficient for remote employees to work smoothly. Administrators can configure up to 20 concurrent IPsec VPN tunnels for stable connectivity and up to 15 concurrent SSL/VPN connections for mobile users.
Power over Ethernet and flexible network configuration
The device offers one dedicated PoE port (port 5) compliant with the 802.3at (PoE+) standard. The total dedicated power for connected network elements is 30W, with the entire device having a maximum consumption of 48.65W. This feature simplifies the installation of compatible devices like access points or IP cameras, removing the need for separate power adapters. There are 5 LAN ports with a speed of 1Gbit for fast connection of end stations on the local network. The WAN transfer speed reaches 125Mbps for stable communication with the external internet via NAT, DHCP, and IPv4 protocols. Users can create up to 8 separate VLANs for effective segmentation of company traffic and increased security.
Multi-layered protection and Nebula Cloud management
The security system includes HTTPS (SSL) inspection to check encrypted web traffic. The Port Security and Local Management Control features prevent unauthorised access to the internal network and protect sensitive data. The integrated Reputation Filter performs a thorough inspection of IP addresses, DNS queries, and URLs, eliminating security risks before they can penetrate the network. The device fully supports the Nebula Cloud Management platform for remote configuration and monitoring of the entire network from a single interface. The new uOS operating system speeds up system response and simplifies the management of security policies. Network administrators can instantly apply setting changes across the entire infrastructure and use centralised monitoring tools.
