Magnesium intake is important for a person whose body is exposed to physical exertion.
Magnesium contributes to:

Dosage
For direct use without water. Once a day, pour the contents of the sachet without water on the tongue. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Magnesium oxide, sorbitol filler, acidifying agent citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, magnesium carbonate, anti-caking agent carboxymethylcellulose, natural orange aroma, orange flakes (0.5%), (Oranges, sugar, starch, emulsifier sunflower lecithin), anti-caking agent magnesium salts of edible fatty acids, sweetener aspartame, Thickening agent gum arabic, sweetener sodium saccharin.
