The Aquaphor filter cartridge is designed for the thorough purification of water in the J.SHMIDT A500 system. The microfiltration membrane with pores measuring 0.05 to 0.1 microns provides very fine filtration. The activated carbon composite with Aqualen helps to remove chlorine, organochlorine compounds, heavy metals, limescale, and iron. The filter module also captures bacteria and intestinal parasite cysts without using chemical agents. The cartridge has a filtration capacity of up to 500 litres of clean water and, with correct use, achieves a flow rate of up to 1L/min.
