The Freezer 4U-M Rev. 2 is a server cooler designed for a wide range of Intel, AMD and selected Ampere platforms. Thanks to its energy-efficient operation and high efficiency, it can cool powerful multi-core processors with a thermal output of up to 350 watts. Its compact size supports installation on motherboards with dual processor sockets, and the fans can be easily swapped if you need to change the airflow direction.

Expanded server platform compatibility
The cooler supports a wide range of Intel and AMD server sockets, enabling flexible deployment in various configurations. Compatibility can be further extended with the Ampere Mounting Kit, which enables use with the Ampere Altra LGA4926 platform. A version of the cooler with this accessory integrated straight from the factory is also available.
Clearance for memory modules
The 53mm clearance creates a sufficient gap for installing memory with standard passive heatsinks. This distance supports smooth airflow around the cooler and ensures seamless compatibility with various types of RAM. The optimised installation height enables the use of the cooler in standard 4U server cases.
Efficient fans in push-pull mode
The integrated PWM fans are based on the award-winning P-series and, thanks to their focus on static pressure, achieve high efficiency when moving air through the dense fin stack. The push-pull configuration supports stable heat dissipation even under heavy loads and delivers quiet operation, which is particularly suitable for workstations. In addition, the pair of fans provides internal redundancy.
Designed for continuous operation
The fans are equipped with dual ball bearings designed for long-term continuous use. This technology ensures resistance to dirt and high temperatures and maintains reliable performance throughout the system's operational life. The package includes MX-6 thermal paste, which minimises thermal resistance between the processor and the cooler.
