The herbal complex supports mental and psychological well-being. It is rich in vitamins, minerals and other valuable substances that are recommended for nervousness. Improves mental well-being and memory. St. John's Wort is recommended for emotional imbalances, mood enhancement and sleep disorders. Maca is used for exhaustion and fatigue to improve physical and mental performance. Yin is important for mental balance and normal brain function. Licorice is good for mental health and inducing calm. Rhodiola and eleutherococcus are recommended for cognitive and mental performance. Valerian induces relaxation during stress.

Recommended dosage:

1-2 capsules per day

Storage:

Keep dry at room temperature and do not store in direct sunlight or in freezing temperatures

Note:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not suitable for children under three years of age, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of children! It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
