Durability for extreme conditions
The BlackView XPLORE 2 uses a five-layer ArmourShield construction with reinforced corners, Corning Gorilla Glass 5, metal reinforcements, and a shock-absorbing back cover. IP68 and IP69K certifications ensure protection against dust, water immersion, and high-pressure jets, while the MIL-STD-810H standard confirms its readiness for shocks, vibrations, and extreme temperatures. The phone has been designed to withstand drops from up to 6 metres, loads of up to 500kg, and operation in temperatures ranging from approximately −20 to 60°C.
Features include a touch layer adapted for use in the rain, an underwater camera mode, and a function that uses sound to help remove water and debris from the speakers. The programmable side button can be assigned to launch the camera, torch, SOS mode, screen recorder, or other frequently used functions.
3.2K AMOLED display with adaptive refresh rate
The front is filled by a 6.73" AMOLED display with a resolution of 1440 × 3200 pixels, a density of 521 PPI, and support for the wide DCI-P3 colour space. LTPO technology automatically adjusts the refresh rate from 1 to 120Hz, helping to combine a smooth display with more economical operation. The peak brightness reaches up to 2600 nits, so content remains clearly legible outdoors.
HDR support, high contrast, and 68.7 billion colour shades contribute to the faithful reproduction of photos, videos, and games. Comfort during extended use is enhanced by 1920Hz high-frequency dimming, TÜV SÜD Low Blue Light certification, and modes for reading, night light, ultra-dim, or dark display. There is also an Always-On Display for a quick check of the time and notifications.
MediaTek Dimensity 8300 processor performance
A 4nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8300 processor with a maximum frequency of 3.35GHz and support for 5G mobile networks ensures fast system responses. It is complemented by 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, which can be virtually expanded by another 32GB to a total of 48GB, and fast 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. The space for files can be expanded with a memory card of up to 2TB.
A three-layer cooling system using graphite, copper, and thermally conductive silicone helps maintain stable performance when gaming, working with demanding applications, or during long-term 5G use. The features are rounded off with Wi-Fi 6E with 2.4, 5 and 6GHz bands, Bluetooth 5.4, and support for simultaneous use of two 5G connections.
A battery for long expeditions
The dual-cell battery with a 20000mAh capacity provides enough power for long work shifts, multi-day trips, and time away from the grid. Intelligent power management and charging protection help to efficiently use the available capacity and extend the battery's lifespan.
With 120W fast charging, the battery can be topped up to approximately 50% in 39 minutes and fully charged in approximately 117 minutes. The BlackView XPLORE 2 also supports 10W reverse charging, so it can serve as a power bank for a phone, smartwatch, wireless headphones, torch, or other USB-powered devices.
Cameras with optical stabilisation and night vision
The main 50MP Samsung GN9 camera uses a large 1/1.57" sensor, an f/1.88 aperture, and a six-element lens. The combination of OIS + EIS optical and electronic stabilisation reduces blur when taking photos and recording videos, while Ultra HDR helps to preserve detail in the bright and dark parts of the scene. It also includes moving object tracking, autofocus, and up to 8× digital zoom.
A separate 20MP Sony night vision camera captures black and white shots even in very low light or complete darkness. It is useful for checking the surroundings of a campsite, observing nature, security checks, and fieldwork. The 50MP Samsung JN1 front camera is ready for detailed selfies and video calls. Video can be recorded in up to 4K HDR10+ at 60 frames per second.
Light, stereo sound and infrared control
On the back, there's an integrated camp light with a luminous flux of up to 467 lumens. It offers three brightness levels, a warning flash, and an SOS mode, so you can use it when working in the dark, camping, during a power cut, or in emergency situations.
A pair of 2W Smart-K Box speakers create loud stereo sound when watching films, gaming or listening to music. The integrated infrared transmitter lets you use the phone as a remote control for compatible TVs, air conditioners, projectors, set-top boxes and other electronics.
DokeOS, Doke AI and modern connectivity
The DokeOS 4.2 operating system, based on Android 15, offers a workspace, focus mode, private space, EasyShare data transfer, advanced customisation options and other tools for more efficient work. The phone is set to receive Android system updates for three years.
Doke AI connects DeepSeek-R1, ChatGPT-4o mini and Gemini AI 2.0 tools with voice control, real-time conversation, on-screen content assistance and smart app control. The Hi Doki, ImageX, VidGen and Soundle apps let you search for information, work with documents, edit photos, generate videos or create music. Selected features offer a 30-day trial period, after which further use may be subject to a fee.
Rounding off the practical features is support for eSIM, Dual SIM, NFC, Bluetooth 5.4 and dual-band L1 + L5 navigation using GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo systems. A high-precision gyroscope also supports more accurate orientation and game control.
