How light therapy works

Light therapy uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared (NIR) light that penetrate into different layers of tissue. Light with wavelengths of 660nm and 850nm acts on the skin, muscles, tendons and joints, where it supports cellular activity, improves blood circulation and contributes to the body's natural regeneration processes. The therapy is non-invasive, free of UV radiation and suitable for regular use.

The sleep mode is designed to make the panel work more gently and gradually reduce the light intensity. Over 30 minutes, the brightness is gradually dimmed, the fan is silenced and the light then switches off automatically.

Thanks to the simple controls, you can easily set the intensity, mode and duration of use.
