BrainMax Astaxanthin drops BIO 8 mg, 30 ml
BrainMax Astaxanthin drops BIO 8 mg, 30ml
Natural form in bioactive drops
Bioactive drops with astaxanthin provide a pure and highly concentrated source of oleoresin from the microalga Haematococcus pluvialis, which is the highest quality natural source of this carotenoid. Thanks to its unique molecular structure, astaxanthin is able to act in both hydrophilic and lipophilic environments, which makes it one of the most interesting natural substances today. The combination with BIO MCT coconut oil ensures optimal solubility and high bioavailability, so the body can easily use the nutrient.

Organic quality Astaxanthin
BrainMax Astaxanthin is produced in a controlled closed cultivation system and is obtained using gentle CO2 extraction without the use of chemicals. This ensures that the product is free from heavy metals and other dangerous contaminants. The astaxanthin molecules are soluble in both water and fat, and thus penetrate the entire protective lipid bilayer of the cell.
- CO2 extraction without the use of chemicals
- Gentle extraction from organic algae
- 100% BIO, vegan
- Organic MCT oil from coconut

Haematococcus pluvialis (Chlorophyceae, Volvocales) is a single-celled freshwater microalga that is part of plankton and is widespread in many habitats around the world. It is considered to be the best natural source of astaxanthin because it contains the highest amount of this substance. In nature, astaxanthin has a bright orange colour. This is where animals such as salmon, lobster or prawns get this colour from. Astaxanthin is often referred to as the “king of carotenoids” because it naturally contains carotenoids such as lutein, canthaxanthin and beta-carotene. When this alga is under stress, it goes into survival mode and secretes astaxanthin to act as a “force field” around it. Astaxanthin protects the algae from changes in their environment, such as ultraviolet light, lack of nutrition or a change in temperature. Thanks to astaxanthin, the alga survives even the harshest conditions. Astaxanthin is created by the microalga as a natural protection against UV radiation.
