Brock Electric induction cooker, 1 hob 25 cm, 2000 W, digital, black
Freestanding single-plate induction cooker for easy use at home, in the cottage or at the cottage. The cooker has 1 25 × 25 cm hob with an input of 2000 W for pots with a bottom diameter of 12-20 cm. The cooker uses induction technology for fast heating and efficient heat transfer to the cookware, ensuring safe and energy-efficient cooking thanks to direct heating of the cookware. Induction cooking is based on heating the steel bottom of pots by electromagnetic waves. The advantage of induction cookers is high efficiency, safety and speed of cooking. The disadvantage of this cooking method is that non-magnetizable cookware made of materials such as aluminum, glass or ceramic cannot be used. You can set 8 temperature levels ranging from 80-270 °C, which is also related to the power consumption, which ranges from 200-2000 W. The digital display then shows the temperature, power and timer.

On feet with non-slip coating
The electric induction cooker also has predefined special functions for different types of use, frying, cooking, heating water, stewing and warming. Thanks to its compact dimensions (37 × 29 cm), the electric cooker on non-slip feet does not take up too much space and has enough power to cook fully. Only induction cooking pots with magnetizable bottom can be used for cooking, that is, iron, steel (not aluminium, copper, ceramics, dirt, glass), that do not extend over the plate and have a flat bottom. Cooking vessels must have a flat bottom, not bent, not the feet, the diameter of the bottom must not be less than 12 cm, nor larger than 22 cm, total weight of the pot with filling up to 5 kg.

Warns of an unsuitable container
The induction cooker will alert you to an unsuitable container with an error message. Unlike conventional electric cookers with cast iron plates, which can overheat, deform the plates and make the cooker unusable, induction cookers have the advantage of overheating protection. So even if you boil all the water out of the pot, this cooker won't ruin it. The sleek design of the induction cooker in black fits into any kitchen. Included in the package is a Czech manual with tips on how to best use the electric cooker.
