Café Sati Decaffeinated coffee capsules come from Les Cafés Sati, a French family-owned and independent company founded in 1926 in Strasbourg, Alsace. The experience and know-how of coffee production is passed down in the family from father to son. The third generation of the family is represented by Nicolas Schulé. Les Cafés Sati emphasizes quality. The selection of raw materials and the roasting process are controlled by quality manager Sébastien Maurer, a five-time French coffee tasting champion.
