Capture New Horizons with the DJI Air 3S Drone

Explore the world around you—from mountains reaching for the sky to deep, plunging abysses. The DJI Air 3S drone is equipped with a dual camera designed for travel photography and captivating shots. The main DJI drone camera is fitted with a 1-inch CMOS sensor, while the second functions as a medium telephoto lens with a 70mm focal length. Both offer a dynamic range of up to 14 EV. This means you can capture stunning shots of surrounding nature, portraits, and other scenes—all with excellent detail. Furthermore, both cameras support the unique Free Panorama feature, which allows you to flexibly select the scope of your shot. The drone manages safe flight effortlessly with omnidirectional obstacle sensing. It also uses the new generation of the Smart RTH (Return to Home) function, which you'll especially appreciate when taking night photos. On a single charge, the DJI drone can fly for up to 45 minutes, which is plenty of time to capture breathtaking footage on every flight.

Two Cameras with Excellent Quality

The manufacturer has equipped the DJI Air 3S drone with two cameras. The main one features a 1" CMOS sensor, delivering breathtaking detail. It supports video recording in 4K/60fps HDR, 4K/120fps, and also the 10-bit D-Log M colour mode. The large, modern sensor captures shots with unprecedented detail even in poor light conditions, thanks to advanced image processing technology and intelligent algorithms. That's why the DJI Air 3S is perfect for capturing sunsets or magical night scenes. The second camera is a medium telephoto lens with 48MP resolution and a 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor. The camera offers the same video specifications and colour modes as the main camera. The 70mm lens is equipped with 3× optical zoom, allowing the DJI Air 3S drone to capture unique shots even from a distance.

Free Panorama Mode

Both DJI drone cameras allow you to use the Free Panorama mode. With it, you can quickly and easily create smooth panoramic shots by stitching multiple images together with a manually selected object or area. The wide-angle camera provides a wider field of view (FOV), and the telephoto camera reduces image distortion. In addition, the DJI Air 3S drone allows you to use functions such as vertical shooting in 2.7K, MasterShots, QuickShots, and Hyperlapse. You'll have a whole range of tools to support your creativity.

The DJI Air 3S Drone Senses Obstacles in All Directions

The DJI Air 3S is the very first drone to feature a forward-facing LiDAR, accompanied by downward time-of-flight (ToF) infrared sensors and an additional 6 visual sensors (two at the front, rear, and bottom). This robust tracking system allows the DJI drone to sense obstacles in all directions, even during night flights. This also applies to the automatic return to the take-off point. The DJI Air 3S uses real-time visual positioning technology, so it can remember flight paths in sufficient light. You'll particularly appreciate this in places with no satellite signal (e.g., balconies).

Great Features for Smooth Flight, Orientation, and Return

The drone features the improved Vision Assist, which provides forward, backward, left, right, and downward views. This helps both you and the DJI Air 3S drone better understand the surroundings during flight. You can pre-set flight paths for the drone using the Waypoint Flight and Cruise Control functions. You can also pre-set camera actions along the drone's route. If you want to keep your subject of interest constantly in the centre of the action, you'll appreciate the ActiveTrack 360° function. Thanks to this function, the DJI Air 3S drone can keep its subject in frame regardless of the surrounding environment—the drone automatically maps it and adjusts its flight path accordingly. With the Subject Focusing function, the DJI drone can maintain focus on a selected object, regardless of whether you are controlling the flight manually or have pre-set the device's route.
