Heavy-duty TILT rocking mechanism – with height adjustment, lock and backrest recline
The backrest and seat tilt backwards and forwards together. It can only be locked in the basic (upright) position. Control it with the lever on the right side; simply pull it out to the side to activate the function. The rocking tension, or rocking force, is adjusted according to your weight. If you are lighter, you can loosen the tension; if you are heavier, you can tighten it. This is controlled by a rotary knob under the seat. The height adjustment, based on your height and leg length, is controlled by the lever on the right side. Ideally, your feet should be flat on the floor for most of the time, bent at an angle of 90–120 degrees, to allow the lymphatic system to flow freely and prevent your legs from swelling.
Benefits of rocking and reclining – a relaxing position for health, rest and a calm mind
The recline and rocking function is tailor-made for sedentary work or any seated activity, letting you rest and relieve your back muscles. It allows you to change your body position, preventing stiffness in your spine and neck. An occasional relaxing position helps with this. A short break to relax your body contributes to regeneration, health and greater productivity. You can not only use the rocking function but also recline the chair, lean back fully and remain in a restful position. The backrest recline is controlled by a lever on the right side of the backrest, just like in a car seat. Adjust it between 90–135 degrees – 90° for work, 135° for relaxation.
Headrest for neck support and relaxation, and lumbar support for proper spine alignment
The magnetic headrest supports the head and helps to support the cervical spine, for neck relaxation and release. Specially designed magnets have been smoothly embedded into the pillow and backrest, which enables the support to be adjusted to 8 different height positions over a significantly wider range. The headrest is removable. It can also be turned upside down. The lumbar support provides maximum ergonomics and is the ideal support for your spine. It can be adjusted in height and contributes to proper posture and the reduction of back pain.
Multifunctional 4D armrests

The Tank features adjustable multifunctional 4D armrests with a soft surface to relax your arms, as well as provide support when standing up, etc. They are controlled by buttons on the outside of the armrests and then by the pads themselves (height, 15° angle, depth (forwards/backwards), and side-to-side).

Chair assembly:
After unpacking, insert the castors into the arms of the base (the five holes in the lower part of each arm that are intended for the castors). Insert the piston into the hole for the piston, after first pressing and releasing it several times to get it moving. Mount the mechanism to the underside of the seat (place the seat upside down to make it easier to handle, ideally on a mat or a table with a raised surface). Mount the armrests to the underside of the seat. Attach the backrest to the seat. Place the seat with the backrest and armrests onto the piston with the base and castors. Check that you have tightened all the screws sufficiently. Done, you can take a seat.
