Elmetacin 1% skin spray, solution 100 ml
Elmetacin Skin Spray is used for the external supportive and symptomatic (symptom-relieving) treatment of pain in acute contusions, sprains or strains of the muscles of the upper or lower limbs due to blunt trauma, e.g. in sports, rheumatic inflammatory diseases of soft tissues, e.g. tendonitis and inflammation of the tendon sheath.
Dosage and method of use
Elmetacin is applied 3-5 times a day. Depending on the size of the painful area, 0.5-1.5 ml of Elmetacin solution, i.e. 4-13 squeezes of the atomizer. Elmetacin is sprayed on the affected part of the body to completely cover the painful area. The total daily dose should not exceed 7.5 ml of Elmetacin, which is equivalent to 60 mg of indomethacin (60 squeezes of the nebulizer). Read the package leaflet carefully.
Contraindications
Do not use this product if you are allergic to indomethacin or any other ingredient in this product, or if you have ever had an asthma attack, skin rash or allergic rhinitis in connection with the use of other non-steroidal antirheumatic drugs (NSAIDs) including acetylsalicylic acid (e.g. Aspirin, Acylpyrine). In addition, do not use on open wounds, skin inflammations or infections, or on eczema, mucous membranes or in the eyes. Do not use even in the last trimester of pregnancy.

Storage
Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the box and bottle after EXP. The expiry date shall be the last day of the month indicated. Store at temperatures up to 25 °C. The solution is flammable due to its alcohol content. Discard the product 12 months after first opening, even if it has not been completely used. Do not dispose of any medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of products you no longer use. These measures help protect the environment
