This triple combination of zinc has been carefully selected for its high bioavailability and easy absorption. L-OptiZinc® is a patented form with excellent stability and absorbability, zinc bisglycinate is an organic chelated form that is gentle on the stomach, and zinc citrate is rapidly absorbed, ensuring optimal utilisation of zinc in the body. This complex contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system, the health of skin, hair, and nails, and contributes to proper metabolic function and hormonal balance. Each capsule contains 15mg of elemental zinc.
