Active ingredients
- Coenzyme Q10 is a naturally occurring substance in the body that plays an important role in cellular energy production. It occurs in mitochondria, the human energy factories. That's why it is found especially in organs with high energy requirements, such as the heart, lungs and liver.
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine) is a water-soluble vitamin that is a rich source of whole grains, meats, brewer's yeast, honey and nuts. It supports heart function, contributes to energy, positively influences the metabolism of essential nutrients and also mental and nervous activity.
- Linolic acid is an unsaturated fatty acid from the omega-6 series. It is classified as an essential. This means that the human body cannot make it on its own and needs to take it in food. Unsaturated fatty acids also include oleic acid (omega-9). Replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated fats helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
