Protection against digital eye strain
Long-term screen viewing can lead to symptoms of digital eye strain, such as burning eyes or headaches. By filtering 65% of blue light, the glasses relieve eye strain and contribute to comfort during gaming or studying. Blocking blue light in the evening also prevents disruption of the body's natural melatonin production, contributing to better sleep quality.
