The SCHEPPACH FS 4700 is an excellent tool for professional craftsmen and demanding DIYers who often work with large format tiles. The powerful 1200 W induction motor with thermal protection can handle cutting tiles, cabinet tiles, granite, marble, etc. A major advantage is the large cutting length of 1200 mm, which allows the cutter to work with popular large-format tiles up to 848 × 848 mm. Two sliding extension tables are also ideal for working with large formats. The blade diameter of 230 mm reduces vibrations and, together with the precision guidance on the two wires, allows a maximum precision and clean cut of up to 40 mm.This is also conditioned by the very robust all-metal construction of the machine and the base and the precision adjustable laser. The cutter allows mitre and double mitre cuts as well as a dip function. The table is equipped with an accurate millimetre scale, angular and longitudinal stops. Water cooling of the cutting wheel and dust-free operation is ensured by an integrated pump. The large 40 l water tank is also an advantage. Equipped with state-of-the-art safety protection against electric shock and the socket is also equipped with a current protector. Equipped with wheels and folding base for easy transport.
