Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem Cartridge HP CN684EE č. 364XL černá do tiskárny HPPhotosmart Plus. Po vložení této cartridge se mi vytisknou vždy cca 3 stránky a pak jako by došel inkoust. vyčetl jsem, že by to mohlo být právě tou cartridge, protože dává malé množství inkoustu. Pokud po takovém nepodařeném tisku počkám, tak se opět vytisknou cca 3 stránky a tento proces se stále opakuje. Je vadná tato cartridge ? Pak bych reklamoval. Vít Řeřábek

Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem jako vždy do mé tiskárny HP photosmart 5515 náhradní barvu. Mám však už zřejmě rozbitou tiskárnu.... Přemýšlím tedy o koupi nové, ale chtěl bych vybrat nějakou, kam by šla použít tato varianta barvy. Poradíte mi prosím ? Děkuju

Zakoupil jsem od vás inkoust do tiskárny HP DeskJet 3520 CN684EE. Uvádíte, že je to kompatibilní s originál tonerem, ale tiskárna jej odmítá přijmou s tvrzením, že není kompatibilní.
