Greyridge Games Phantom Mansion
Phantom Manor: a cooperative game full of adventure and strategy
Phantom Manor is a cooperative strategy game for 1–5 players, where you work together to explore a mysterious estate and stop the threat of monsters menacing Lady Weirdwood. Each player controls one of the unique characters with their own abilities, so the team must cooperate and combine their options effectively. The game is built on collaboration, planning and adapting to the changing conditions on the board. The combination of different characters, the variable layout of the manor and various enemies creates high replayability and forces players to coordinate their moves at every stage of the game.

Shadows over the manor
You will take on the role of one of 6 different characters and, together with your companions, you will coordinate your strategies to fight against one of 3 asymmetrically designed Fae monsters and their insidious minions, the Clockwork Scarabs, who have infiltrated the manor and are threatening its mysterious mistress, Lady Weirdwood.
6 characters
Choose one of 6 unique characters, each with their own abilities and cards. Thanks to their unique abilities, players can create diverse and powerful action chains during their turn. Over the course of the Phantom Manor game, their characters will also gradually improve. They can acquire additional dice to use in combat, assign experience points to gain an advantage in other areas of their choice, or even recruit companions to help them.
An estate that changes over time
The game board is made up of modular rooms, and the connections between them change during the game thanks to a time-shifting mechanic and rotating parts of the board. Each action by a player or the enemy affects the subsequent layout of the manor, and thus the possibilities for movement. During their turns, players use dice, cards, character abilities and location actions to explore rooms, strengthen their heroes and prepare for encounters. Whenever a player or the Fae monster takes an action, time advances in the game and the connections between rooms change via rotating corridor rings on the game board. Players have some control over how quickly or slowly time progresses by how they use their actions. But be careful. If the players run out of their allotted time and fail to defeat the monster, they lose.
Against the will of the monsters
In the Phantom Manor game, the team faces one of the asymmetrical monsters, each of which works differently and puts different pressure on the players. You can choose from 3 Fae monsters in the game – Chaos Ogre, the Wraith of Mîna, and Therus, the Dark Mage. Each Fae monster has its own board, unique game mechanics and a deck of cards that make it behave differently and unpredictably. After each team turn, the enemy also activates, gradually growing stronger and complicating the situation. Players must manage to complete their objective before time or the opponent's strength prevails.
A joint fight for survival
In a race against time, you will use dice drafting, card play, resource management and location-specific actions as you move through the ever-changing manor to achieve final victory over the Fae monster. The Phantom Manor game offers deep tactical decision-making and a degree of unpredictability that limits the traditional situation of one player directing the entire group. To succeed in the face of a growing threat, players will need to truly think strategically as a team!
