Incredible Dreams Studio Rodozár: Contempt Fortress
Become a Seeker in one of the mysterious, magical Wells in the game Rodozář: Contempt's Fortress
Rodozář: Contempt's Fortress is a tactical and cooperative card game for 1–2 players. As Seekers, you'll fight your way through a well-shuffled deck of challenges to reach Contempt, the Lord of the Well, and face him in an epic final battle. The game requires teamwork and perseverance, as the Wells of Atios are unpredictable and very dangerous.

- Players take on the roles of Seekers sent to one of the mysterious, magical Wells of Atios
- All Seekers must work as a team to reach the bottom of the Well and defeat its Lord
- Play with up to 4 people using Seekers from other Rodozář games
- The game's complexity (BGG) is 2.05 out of 5
Face the challenges of Contempt's Fortress
Rodozář: Contempt's Fortress consists of four challenges, with Contempt himself placed in the middle. Once a challenge is defeated, it is replaced by another, with a total of 57 challenges in the game. When facing the Well's challenges, you can only play a skill card from your hand if it matches the colour of the challenge. For example, if you're facing a red challenge, you can only play a red skill card. Some cards have two colours, and some are white, which are wild (universal). If the card you play doesn't defeat the challenge, you can add some progress and try again, but you'll face a penalty for the attempt.
Together to the bottom of the Well
Other Seekers can help you by playing one of their cards as support, but be careful. If you run out of cards, you'll receive an exhaustion card before you can draw a new hand. Exhaustion cards are never good, but some are worse than others. Defeating a challenge earns you a reward, such as restoring health or progressing deeper into the Well, which is represented by discarding previously unseen challenges. Once you reach the bottom of the Well, you face Contempt himself. All Seekers share a common health tracker, and if your health drops to zero, you are defeated and the game of Rodozář: Contempt's Fortress ends.
