Merkur Dino - Pterodactyl
Merkur Dino - Pterodactyl
The metal pterosaur model from the Merkur Dino mini construction kit collection is the ideal set for children aged 5 and over to enter the world of Merkur. The Merkur construction kit is an iconic Czech metal construction toy that has been in production since the 1920s. Its principle is simple yet ingenious: parts made of painted steel sheet with pre-drilled holes are connected using nuts and bolts, which allows for the construction of realistic models and functional machines. However, Merkur is not just a toy – it's an educational tool that develops logical thinking, skill, and patience, and teaches children the fundamentals of mechanics, physics, and engineering. The Merkur Dino – Pterosaur set contains 145 pieces, from which children can build a model of the pterosaur – the first vertebrate in Earth's history to master active flight. The package includes detailed instructions, a set of tools, and the construction kit parts. Merkur components can be freely assembled, combined, and varied according to your imagination. You can assemble the kit according to the included instructions or purely based on your own ideas. You can play with the assembled model as it is very durable, and if you get bored of it, simply dismantle it and build a new one.
