Dobry den. Zakupil som od vas : IMMAX NEO LITE cestovná, EV/PHEV AC Type 2, 22 kW, Tuya. V popise je uvedeny stupen krytia: IP 67 Na nabijacke vsak tento stupen krytia nie je uvedeny - dokonca je tam vysacka s upozornenim - vyhybat sa vode. Ako je to v skutocnosti? Je zavadzajuci udaj na vasej stranke, alebo to vyrobca neoznacil, resp. zle oznacil?

Dobrý den, rád bych se Vás zeptal, zda je nabíječka kompatibilní se zásuvkou CEE Red 16A. Chápu, že součástí balení je větší zásuvka CEE Red 32A. Zajímá mě, zda při zakoupení i redukce CEE Red 16A na 32A je možné nabíječku používat (při nastavení 16A na nabíječce). Děkuji.

Zakoupil jsem přenosnou autodobíječku Immax Neo Lite na 22kw. Po registraci applikace a připojení do 220v zásuvky jsem připojil naše EV, avšak proces nabíjení nebyl zahájen, pouze pravidelně po cca 10s se nabíječka zapínala a následně vypínala. To to se neustále opakuje a na LCD naskočí hláška E02(přepěťová ochrana?). Vyzkoušel jsem vícero 220V zásuvek se stejným výsledkem. Taktéž jsem zkusil změnit v nastavení nabíjecí proud ze 32A na 16A ale opět se stejným výsledkem. Prosím o radu jak závadu odstranit, děkuji DP

Prosím o radu. Po pripojení nabíjačku do 32A 3 fazovej zásuvky a zvoleni 16 A nabíjacieho prúdu mi berie 1. fáza 16A a ostatné dve len po cca 1A. Pri zmene nabíjacieho prúdu je to to isté prvá fáza berie nastavenú hodnotu a ostatné dve stále len cca 1A.

Dobrý den. Jaký nejnižší možný proud na fázi je možné nastavit prostřednictvím aplikace? V rámci vlastní jednotky tato hodnota začíná na 8A, je to u aplikace stejné? Potřeboval bych mít možnost nastavení nabíjecího proudu od 6A na fázi. Předem děkuji za odpověď. Tomáš

Dobrý den , nabíječka po zastrčení do zásuvky Schuko hlásí že nemá uzemnění a nenabíjí , vyzkoušeno na více zásuvkách v různých objektech a píše stále to samé - motorovou zásuvku jsem nemohl vyzkoušet neboť tento typ nemám nikde k dispozici - můžete mi poradit , co s tím ? děkuji P.

Dobrý den , po zapojení nabíječky na 230V a nastavení času nabíjení se mi auto nezačlo nabíjet. V nabíječce cvaklo na displeji se objevilo nabíjím a poté chyba E2 a neustále se restartovala. Ale při běžném procesu zapojení k vozu normálně nabíjí. Co s tím aby to nabíjelo s odloženým startem ?
