A Complex of Vitamins and Minerals
Vitamin A helps to maintain good vision. Vitamin C contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system and to the proper function and permeability of blood vessels. Vitamins C and E contribute to protecting cells from oxidative stress. Folic acid and niacin help with exhaustion and fatigue. Vitamin D is necessary for healthy growth and the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, and for the proper functioning of the immune system and muscles.

Recommended Dosage
Adults: 1 chewable tablet daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other food supplements or medicines.
Warning
Due to the risk of iron overdose, keep out of reach of children. If you are taking medication for high blood pressure, blood clotting and/or have a hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. The colour of the tablets may vary due to the presence of natural ingredients.
