It contains essential fatty acids derived from anchovies, sardines and mackerel. DHA contributes to proper brain function and good eyesight. EPA and DHA support optimal heart function and affect the proper ratio of LDL to HDL cholesterol and have long-term anti-inflammatory effects. (A beneficial effect is achieved with an intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. ) No fishy aftertaste.
